The team view shows per-person workload and outcomes: conversations claimed, response times, meetings booked, and queue health. Built for coaching and load-balancing, not surveillance — outcome metrics lead, activity metrics support.
What it shows
Per member: claimed conversations and their ages, SLA performance on positives, meetings booked, sequences owned and their health, and current capacity vs routing cap.
Load balancing
The capacity view flags imbalance — one rep at cap while another idles — and routing rules can rebalance automatically (see Conversation routing rules). Persistent imbalance is usually a scoping issue, visible here.
Coaching signals
Response-time distributions and snoozed-positive counts surface coaching conversations early. Click through from any metric to the underlying conversations for specifics.
