Any report exports to CSV (full underlying rows) or PDF (formatted visual). CSV for analysis elsewhere, PDF for sharing with people who just need the picture. Exports respect the exporter's data permissions.
CSV export
Report → Export → CSV. You get the full row-level data behind the report, not just the aggregated view — ready for pivot tables or warehouse joins. Large exports (>100k rows) deliver via email link.
PDF export
Report → Export → PDF renders the visualization with title, filters, and date stamp — board-deck ready. Scheduled reports can attach the PDF automatically.
Permissions
Exports contain only data the exporting user can see. Row-level restrictions (territory scoping, team boundaries) apply to exports exactly as they do on screen.
Warehouse alternative
If you're exporting the same CSV weekly for analysis, stop — the warehouse export (see Export Golden DB to your warehouse) streams the same data continuously and your BI tool does the rest.
