TL;DR

Events cover the moments that matter: contact/account lifecycle, reply received (with classification), meeting booked, signal fired, sequence state changes, agent escalations, and deliverability alerts.

Record events

contact.created/updated/merged, account.created/updated, suppression.added. Payloads carry the full record plus a changes diff on updates.

Engagement events

reply.received (with classification and conversation context — the workhorse event), meeting.booked/rescheduled/no_show, sequence.enrolled/exited/completed.

Intelligence events

signal.fired (type, strength, source, account), agent.escalation (reason, suggested response), icp_score.changed (crossing configured thresholds only, to avoid noise).

Operational events

mailbox.health_changed, integration.sync_failed, workflow.run_failed. Route these to your ops alerting — they're the events that want a human quickly.
