Calendar integration setup (Google / Outlook)

TL;DR

Connect team calendars so agents can book meetings directly: real-time availability, correct time zones, buffer rules, and round-robin distribution. Google and Microsoft both OAuth-based.

Connect

Settings → Integrations → Calendar → Google or Microsoft OAuth per rep (or admin-consented for the team). Grant free/busy read and event-create scopes.

Booking rules

Per rep: working hours, buffers between meetings, daily meeting caps, and meeting types (30-min intro, 60-min demo). Per team: round-robin pools with weighting and territory overrides.

How agents book

On scheduling intent, the agent offers real open slots (never double-books), confirms, creates the event with agenda and conferencing link, and handles reschedules automatically.

No-show handling

Missed meetings trigger the no-show play: automatic polite follow-up with a rebooking link, and an optional Voice Agent recovery call after repeated no-shows.
