In review mode, every draft waits for your approval before sending. Approve, edit, or reject each one — the agent learns from all three actions. Most teams move to auto-send within 2–4 weeks.
Where drafts live
Agents → [agent] → Drafts Queue. Each draft shows the recipient, the account context, the signals that triggered it, and the full message. Keyboard shortcuts: A approve, E edit, R reject.
Editing teaches the agent
Your edits are training signal. If you consistently shorten openings or remove a phrase, the agent adapts its future drafts. Rejections with a reason ("too aggressive", "wrong persona") teach faster than silent rejections.
Moving to auto-send
When your approval rate exceeds ~95% for two consecutive weeks, consider switching to auto-send with escalation-only review. You keep reviewing replies and edge cases; routine sends go out without a checkpoint.
Partial auto-send
You can auto-send by segment: routine follow-ups auto-send while first-touches to A-tier accounts still queue for review. Configure per-sequence in the agent's sending rules.
