Dashboards share by link within the workspace, respecting each viewer's permissions. Team spaces hold shared dashboards; leadership views can be pinned. External sharing is snapshot-only, never live.
Internal sharing
Any dashboard → Share → workspace link. Viewers see the dashboard through their own permission lens — a territory-scoped rep sees their slice, a leader sees everything. One dashboard, correct views for everyone.
Team spaces
Move dashboards to a team space so ownership survives personnel changes. Convention: one blessed dashboard per meeting cadence (the pipeline-review dashboard, the outbound-standup dashboard), owned and versioned.
Pinning
Pin dashboards to the workspace home for the views everyone should see daily. Two or three pins maximum — pinning everything pins nothing.
External sharing
For board decks and external stakeholders: export snapshots (PDF) rather than live links. Live dashboards never leave workspace auth.
