TL;DR

After 48–72 hours, you'll have data: opens, replies, meetings booked, and accounts the agent skipped. Look at the dashboard for the headline numbers and the Agent Timeline for the granular detail.

The headline dashboard

Open Reports → Agent Dashboard. The top row shows: accounts engaged, sequences started, replies received, meetings booked. For the first 48 hours, focus on accounts engaged and replies — meetings booked is a lagging indicator.

What good early numbers look like

  • Reply rate: 4–8% on cold outbound is healthy. Below 2% suggests targeting or messaging issues.
  • Positive reply share: 30–50% of replies should be positive (engaged, asking for info, willing to meet). Below 20% suggests ICP isn't tight enough.
  • Meeting conversion: 30–50% of positive replies should convert to meetings.

Drill into the Agent Timeline

Agents → [Agent] → Timeline. Every action is logged: accounts considered, accounts skipped (with reason), drafts written, sends, replies, meetings. Filter by outcome to see the agent's specific reasoning.

Investigate skipped accounts

Filter Timeline by "Skipped." Common skip reasons: ICP score too low, suppression match, deliverability throttle, daily budget reached. If the agent is skipping accounts you'd expect it to engage, the ICP needs adjusting.

What to change after Week 1

Based on Week 1 data: tighten or loosen the ICP, adjust voice if drafts read off-brand, raise or lower the daily budget, refine the sequence if a specific step is underperforming.
