Connect Outreach

TL;DR

Connect Outreach to migrate sequences and history, or to run turgo alongside during a transition. OAuth connect; import sequences, prospects, and activity history.

Why connect

Two use cases: a one-time migration (import sequences and history, then retire Outreach) or a transition period (both live with suppression sync so prospects never get double-touched).

Migration import

After OAuth: Integrations → Outreach → Import. Select sequences (structure imports; copy needs agent-era rework — see Migrate sequences from another tool), prospects with engagement history, and opt-out lists (critical — import these first).

Coexistence mode

Suppression syncs both ways: prospects active in Outreach sequences are suppressed in turgo and vice versa. Assign motions cleanly (e.g. turgo takes signal-triggered, Outreach keeps legacy volume) during the transition.

Cutover checklist

Opt-outs imported → active conversations either finished or migrated → reply detection verified in turgo → Outreach sequences paused → suppression sync disabled after 30 quiet days.
