Disconnecting stops sync but keeps all previously-synced data in turgo. Choose whether to keep, freeze, or purge the connection's data. Reconnecting later resumes cleanly with a reconciliation pass.
How to disconnect
Settings → Integrations → [integration] → Disconnect. You'll choose a data disposition: keep and continue using (default), freeze (keep read-only, exclude from targeting), or purge (remove records sourced solely from this connection).
What stops and what stays
Sync, activity logging, and triggers from this source stop immediately. Historical data, timeline entries, and any records corroborated by other sources stay.
Downstream effects
Workflows and plays with triggers from this integration pause with a warning list shown before you confirm — review it so you're not surprised by silent automation stoppage.
Reconnecting
Reconnect any time; a reconciliation pass diffs both sides and heals drift accumulated while disconnected. Mappings and rules are preserved from the previous connection.
