Detection
turgo monitors the major blocklists (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SORBS and others) per sending IP and domain. A hit triggers an alert, automatic throttling, and a recovery checklist.
Fix the cause first
Delisting without fixing the cause leads to relisting with worse standing. Common causes: bad list source (bounces), complaint spike (targeting), compromised mailbox (unusual sending). The dashboard evidence points at which.
Request delisting
Each list has its own process — the checklist links the right form per list with guidance on what to say. Spamhaus and Barracuda typically process legitimate requests in 24–72 hours.
Rebuild
Post-delisting: resume at ~30% volume weighted to your most-engaged segments, run placement tests every 2–3 days, and ramp back over two weeks as placement confirms recovery.
