Select multiple conversations and act once: classify, assign, snooze, close, enroll, or suppress. Filters + bulk actions turn inbox-cleanup hours into minutes. Bulk sends still pass per-recipient guardrails.
Selection and filters
Filter the queue (classification, sequence, age, account tier), select all or cherry-pick, then apply an action. Example: all neutral "send info" replies from last week → bulk-enroll in the info-nurture sequence.
Available bulk actions
Re-classify, assign/claim, snooze, close, enroll in sequence, add suppression, export, and bulk-reply-with-template (agent personalizes per recipient within the template's frame).
Guardrails still apply
Bulk replies run the same per-recipient voice, claim, and suppression checks as any send — a bulk action can't bypass what a single send couldn't.
Undo window
Bulk actions have a 60-second undo. Past that, the audit log records the action with the full conversation list for accountability and (manual) reversal.
