Settings → Users → Invite: email, role, optional team and territory scope. Invitee gets an email link, joins with SSO or password per your workspace policy. Invites expire in 7 days.
Send the invite
Email address, role selection, team assignment, and data scope if applicable. Bulk invite accepts CSV for onboarding whole teams at once.
What the invitee experiences
Email link → account creation (or SSO redirect if enforced) → landing on a role-appropriate onboarding checklist. Members land in the Unibox tour; Admins land in workspace setup.
Pending invite management
The Users list shows pending invites with resend and revoke. Expired invites (7 days) resend in one click.
Seat accounting
Invites consume a seat on acceptance, not on send. Viewer seats are free or discounted on most plans — check your plan's seat rules in Billing before bulk-inviting stakeholders.
