The Agent Timeline shows every action the agent took, with reasoning. Filter by prospect, by outcome, by date. It's the audit trail for everything the agent does, and the primary diagnostic tool when something goes wrong.
Where to find it
Agents → [Agent name] → Timeline. The default view is reverse chronological — newest action first. The left rail filters by action type, outcome, and prospect.
What each entry shows
- Action type — enriched, scored, drafted, sent, received reply, escalated, skipped.
- Prospect context — name, company, ICP score, signals firing.
- Agent reasoning — a short explanation of why the agent took this action.
- Outcome — what happened next (reply, no reply, escalated, etc.).
Common filters
- Skipped actions — see which accounts the agent declined to engage and why. Useful for ICP tuning.
- Escalations — every handoff to a human, with reason. Useful for spotting tuning opportunities.
- Held drafts — drafts the agent generated but didn't send (brand voice rejection, claim violation). Useful for debugging guardrails.
- Specific prospect — full history of agent interaction with one prospect. Useful for prep before AE handoff.
