By default, the AI SDR ships drafts without human review (after the first week's calibration). You can require pre-send approval per agent, per template, or per account tier. Bulk-approve patterns let you review many drafts at once.
The two operating modes
- Auto-send (default after Week 1) — the agent drafts and ships without human review. Highest throughput; trusts the brand voice and claim restrictions to keep quality high.
- Pre-send review — the agent drafts, queues for human approval, then sends after a click. Lower throughput; useful for the first week of any new agent.
Configure per-agent review settings
Agents → [Agent] → Settings → Review Mode. Choose auto-send, pre-send all, or pre-send conditional. Conditional rules let you mix — e.g. "auto-send to ICP-score-A accounts, pre-send to anything else."
The Drafts queue
Agents → Drafts. Shows pending drafts grouped by agent and account tier. Each card shows the prospect context, the proposed draft, and the agent's reasoning. Approve, edit, or reject with one click each.
Bulk-approve patterns
If you're reviewing dozens of drafts, use bulk patterns: select all drafts in a tier, all drafts for a specific sequence, or all drafts above an agent-confidence threshold, then approve in batch. Most teams move to bulk-approve once they trust the agent.
