Tune the agent's daily budget

TL;DR

The daily budget caps how many new accounts the agent engages per day. Start low (20), watch quality for a week, then scale toward your capacity. Budget controls pace, not quality.

What the budget controls

New accounts engaged per day. It doesn't cap follow-ups to existing conversations — those continue regardless, so total daily activity is budget plus in-flight follow-ups.

Why start low

Week 1 is calibration: you're checking draft quality, targeting accuracy, and reply quality. Problems at 20/day are recoverable; the same problems at 200/day damage sender reputation and burn good accounts.

Scaling up

If approval rate is above 95% and replies look right, roughly double weekly: 20 → 50 → 100 → 200. Watch mailbox health at each step — sending capacity, not agent capacity, is usually the constraint.

Budget by tier

Set separate budgets per account tier: e.g. 10/day for A-tier (high-personalization sequences) and 90/day for B/C-tier volume motion. Configure in Agents → [agent] → Budget → Advanced.
