Schedule recurring reports

Collection Analytics & ReportingReading time 3 minUpdated Jul 2026
TL;DR

Any report or dashboard schedules to email or Slack on a cadence: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom. Rolling date windows keep the content current. Fewer, better-targeted scheduled reports beat a flood.

Set a schedule

Report → Schedule → cadence, delivery time (recipient-timezone aware), destination (email addresses or Slack channel), and format (inline summary, PDF attachment, or link).

Rolling windows

Use relative date filters ("last 7 days", "month to date") so each delivery covers the right period automatically. Fixed date ranges in scheduled reports are the classic mistake — the report goes stale silently.

Digest composition

Bundle up to five reports into one scheduled digest — a Monday-morning revenue digest (pipeline, sequences, agent outcomes) in one Slack post beats five separate notifications.

Hygiene

Quarterly, prune schedules nobody reads: the schedule list shows open/click rates per delivery. An unread scheduled report is just noise with a timestamp.
