Install
Settings → Integrations → Slack → Add to Slack. Authorize, then map notification types to channels: escalations → #sales-escalations, health alerts → #revops, daily digest → #outbound.
Actionable notifications
Escalation messages include Claim and Respond buttons; draft-approval messages include Approve/Edit/Reject. Actions taken in Slack sync back instantly — no tab-switching for routine decisions.
Digests
The daily digest summarizes agent activity: sends, replies, meetings, notable signals, and items needing attention. Configure timing and detail level per channel.
Noise control
Start with escalations-only in one channel. Add categories as the team asks for them — over-notifying on day one trains everyone to mute the app.
