Coordinated email, LinkedIn, and (where enabled) voice beat any single channel — but only when sequenced deliberately. Lead with the channel the persona prefers, space touches to feel human, and keep one system of record so channels don't collide.
Sequence channels, don't stack them
A LinkedIn view or connection between two emails warms the next touch; three channels hitting on the same day feels like a swarm. Design the cadence so each channel reinforces the last, with sensible spacing between touches.
Let the agent pick the entry channel
Different personas respond to different first touches — some open email, some engage on LinkedIn. Give the agent the context to choose, rather than forcing every contact down the same channel order.
One system of record
All channels should read and write to the same Golden Record and timeline so a reply on one channel stops the others. Orchestration fails when LinkedIn doesn't know email already got a reply — turgo keeps them in sync so the conversation stays coherent.
Respect channel-specific etiquette
Volume and tone that work in email don't transfer to LinkedIn or voice, and each channel has its own compliance and disclosure needs (voice requires disclosure). Tune per channel rather than copying one playbook everywhere.
