Reporting cadence — weekly, monthly, quarterly

TL;DR

Match the report to the decision it drives. Weekly is for operational course-correction, monthly for trend and team performance, quarterly for strategy and planning. Schedule each so the right people get the right view without pulling it manually.

Weekly — operational

A tight weekly view: agent activity, reply and meeting counts, mailbox health, and anything trending the wrong way. This is for fast fixes — a stalled sequence, a warming mailbox, a segment going quiet. Keep it short and action-oriented.

Monthly — performance and trend

Monthly rolls up pipeline created, conversion by segment, and team performance against target (see Pipeline metrics). This is where you spot trends a week can't show and make tuning decisions on the ICP and sequences with enough data to be confident.

Quarterly — strategy

Quarterly is for the big questions: win-loss patterns (see Win-loss analysis), segment profitability, where to expand or retrench, and next quarter's targets (see Setting realistic quotas with AI agents). Pair it with the roadmap so plans reflect where the product is going.

Automate delivery

Schedule recurring reports (see Schedule recurring reports) so each cadence lands in the right inbox or channel automatically. Share dashboards (see Share dashboards with the team) for the people who want to self-serve between reports. Consistent cadence beats ad-hoc pulls for building a management rhythm.
