Connect
Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect. Sign in as a super admin (or a user with integration permissions) and approve the requested scopes (contacts, companies, deals, timeline events).
Property mapping
Standard properties pre-map; review custom properties and lifecycle-stage mapping — turgo's lifecycle model maps onto HubSpot's stages so both systems agree on funnel state.
Activity logging
Sends, replies, calls, and meetings log to the HubSpot timeline as engagements attributed to a turgo integration user. Toggle per activity type if you want less timeline noise.
Common gotcha
HubSpot free/starter tiers cap custom properties and API throughput — large syncs run slower. The sync log shows throttling explicitly so you can distinguish rate-limits from errors.
