The turgo Zapier app exposes triggers (new reply, meeting booked, signal fired) and actions (add to audience, update record, start sequence) for connecting the long tail of tools without engineering.
Triggers available
New positive reply, meeting booked, signal fired, agent escalation, sequence completed, and record updated. Each carries a rich payload — account, contact, and context objects.
Actions available
Create/update contact or account, add to audience, enroll in sequence, add suppression, log activity, and fire a custom signal. Custom signals are powerful: any Zap can become a turgo trigger.
Setup
Search "turgo" in Zapier and connect with an API key from Settings → API. Standard Zapier flow from there.
When to use Zapier vs native
Zapier for low-volume, long-tail connections (form tools, niche CRMs, spreadsheets). Native integrations or the API for high-volume paths — Zapier task pricing gets expensive past a few thousand events/month.
