Quick answers: multiple CRMs (yes, one primary), sandbox connections (yes), API-only setups (fully supported), data deletion on disconnect (your choice), and who sees what (integration permissions follow workspace roles).
Can I connect two CRMs?
Yes — common during migrations. One is designated primary (owns conflict-resolution priority); both sync. Long-term dual-CRM setups work but double your mapping maintenance.
Sandbox first?
Recommended for Salesforce: connect your sandbox, validate mapping and sync behavior, then reconnect against production. Mappings export/import between the two connections.
No CRM at all?
turgo runs standalone — Golden DB is the system of record and everything works. Add a CRM later and backfill-sync your history to it.
Who can manage integrations?
Admins connect/disconnect and edit mappings; managers view sync status and resolve conflicts; members see integration-sourced data but not settings. Custom roles can adjust this.
