TL;DR

Green: healthy, full capacity. Amber: early-warning signals, throttle tightened automatically. Red: sending paused pending intervention. Grey: warming up or disconnected. Click any badge for the specific signals behind it.

Green

Bounce, complaint, and engagement metrics all in healthy bands; placement tests inboxing. Full configured send capacity available.

Amber

One or more early-warning signals: engagement dip, soft-bounce uptick, or a placement test showing promotions/spam drift. The throttle tightens ~30–50% automatically. Click the badge for the specific trigger and suggested fix.

Red

A serious signal: complaint spike, blocklist hit, hard-bounce surge, or failed authentication. Sending is paused on this mailbox. The intervention checklist appears on the badge detail — work it top to bottom, then request re-evaluation.

Grey

Warming up (day counter shown) or disconnected. Warming mailboxes carry limited real traffic per the ramp schedule.
