File a ticket from the in-app Help → Contact Support, or email support@turgo.ai. Include what you expected, what happened, timestamps, and any request_id or error code — good detail is the difference between a fast fix and a back-and-forth.
How to reach support
In-app: Help → Contact Support opens a ticket with your workspace context attached automatically. Or email support@turgo.ai. Growth and Enterprise plans have faster SLAs and, on Enterprise, a named contact.
What to include
The specific thing you expected vs what happened, the affected account/contact/sequence, timestamps (with timezone), and any request_id or error code (see API error codes reference). Screenshots of the timeline or error help. The more precise, the faster the resolution.
Check first
Before filing, glance at status.turgo.ai for known incidents and the relevant troubleshooting article — many issues (mailbox health, disconnects, 401s) have a self-serve fix. If you've already tried the obvious steps, say so in the ticket.
Urgent issues
For a production-impacting outage — sending stopped org-wide, data sync fully down — mark the ticket urgent and, on Enterprise, use your escalation path. Include blast radius (how many users/records affected) so it's triaged correctly.
