Why are my reports empty?

TL;DR

Empty reports usually mean the date range or filters exclude everything, the data hasn't been generated yet for a new workspace, or the metric depends on activity that hasn't happened. Widen the range and clear filters to confirm.

Check range and filters

The most common cause by far: a date range with no activity, or a filter (segment, agent, owner) that matches nothing. Reset to a broad range and clear filters — if data appears, narrow back down to find the over-restrictive filter.

New workspace lag

A brand-new workspace or a metric that depends on downstream outcomes (meetings, pipeline) will be empty until enough activity accrues. Give agents time to run before expecting conversion reports to populate.

Attribution setup

Pipeline and revenue reports depend on CRM sync and attribution mapping. If those aren't connected or mapped, outcome reports stay empty even though activity data exists. Check the CRM connection (see Connect Salesforce).

Still empty

If activity clearly happened and reports are still blank across broad ranges with no filters, check status.turgo.ai for any reporting-pipeline issue, then contact support with the report name and range.
