Why are accounts not surfacing in my list?

TL;DR

Accounts don't surface when they don't match your ICP rubric, they're disqualified, they're already owned/excluded, or the agent's budget hasn't reached them yet. Check the account's score breakdown to see why.

Check the score breakdown

Open the account and view its ICP score breakdown — it shows which criteria it met, the weights, and the resulting tier (see How ICP scoring works). If it scored below your surfacing threshold, that's why it's not in the list.

Common causes

Below the tier threshold, hit a disqualifier, excluded as an existing customer or competitor, assigned/owned elsewhere, or simply not yet reached because the agent's daily budget is working higher-priority accounts first.

Fixes

If the account should qualify, adjust the rubric — loosen a criterion or reweight — rather than forcing individual accounts. Check it isn't caught by a disqualifier or exclusion. Raise the agent budget if good accounts are queued behind volume.

Lookalikes and expansion

If your defined ICP is too narrow, treat lookalikes as a B-tier of pursuit to widen reach without abandoning precision (see Using lookalikes to expand your ICP). Broaden deliberately and watch conversion so precision doesn't collapse.
