What the badge means
Health: Good is clear to send, Warming means it needs more warm-up before volume, and Unhealthy means a reputation signal tripped. turgo reduces or pauses sending on an unhealthy mailbox to protect your domain.
Common causes
Bounce rate too high (poor list quality), spam complaints, missing or broken SPF/DKIM/DMARC, ramping volume faster than warm-up allows, or a brand-new mailbox sent cold. The mailbox card names the factor that tripped.
Fixes
Fix authentication first (see Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC) — SPF, DKIM, DMARC on the sending domain. Tighten enrichment/verification to cut bounces. Slow volume and let it warm. If complaints are the issue, review targeting and copy. Recovery takes days of clean sending, not an instant reset.
Preventing it
Warm new mailboxes fully, pace sends across the day and across mailboxes, and watch bounce and complaint rates weekly. A dedicated outbound subdomain keeps cold sending from ever touching your primary domain's reputation.
