When a reply shows scheduling intent, the agent handles the booking end-to-end: offers real slots, confirms, sends the invite with agenda and conferencing link, and handles reschedules. Zero back-and-forth for the rep.
Detection to booking
Scheduling intent detected → agent offers 2–3 concrete slots from the assignee's real availability (see Calendar integration setup) → prospect picks → event created with agenda, context, and video link → both sides confirmed.
The slot-offer style
Concrete slots ("Tuesday 2pm or Wednesday 10am your time?") convert better than scheduling links for warm replies. The agent leads with slots and includes the link as fallback — configurable per sequence.
Reschedules and no-shows
Reschedule requests re-run the flow automatically. No-shows trigger the recovery play: polite same-day follow-up with rebooking, and a Voice Agent call after repeat no-shows if enabled.
Prep artifacts
Every booked meeting generates a prep brief for the human attendee: who, account context, conversation history, and the signals that started it. Delivered via Slack and the calendar-event description.
