Data decays ~2–3% per month. turgo re-enriches on signal (job change, funding), on staleness (age threshold), and on demand. Defaults suit most teams; tune per segment.
Signal-triggered refresh
Job changes, funding events, and company milestones trigger automatic re-enrichment of the affected record — the highest-value refresh because it targets exactly what changed.
Staleness sweep
Records untouched for a threshold period (default 6 months for people, 12 for companies) get queued for refresh. Configure the threshold in Data → Enrichment → Cadence.
On-demand refresh
Force-refresh any record from its detail panel, or bulk-refresh a list before a campaign. Bulk refreshes respect the cache window, so recently-enriched records don't re-bill.
Cost vs freshness
Aggressive cadences cost more and mostly refresh unchanged data. The signal-first default catches the changes that matter; shorten staleness thresholds only for segments where freshness is provably revenue-relevant.
