Manage enrichment costs

TL;DR

Costs are driven by volume × provider mix. Control them with cascade order, caching, re-enrichment cadence, and per-segment rules. The cost dashboard shows spend per provider per field.

The cost dashboard

Data → Enrichment → Costs. Spend by provider, by field, by month, plus cost-per-filled-record. Watch cost-per-fill: it's the efficiency metric, not raw spend.

Cascade order is the big lever

Putting the cheap provider first typically cuts blended cost 40–60% versus premium-first, at nearly identical final fill rates. Verify your order matches your actual per-provider pricing.

Caching and dedupe

turgo caches provider responses for 90 days by default — repeat enrichment of the same record within the window is free. Bulk jobs dedupe before querying so you never pay twice for one contact.

Segment rules

Not every record deserves full-cascade treatment. Configure rules like: A-tier ICP accounts get the full cascade including premium; C-tier gets cheap-provider-only. Set these in Data → Enrichment → Rules.
