What happens after 14 days
Your workspace stays read-only after the trial ends — your data is preserved, but no new actions run until you upgrade. We never charge a trial card on file because we don't ask for one.
Most-asked questions about the trial
- Can I extend the trial? Yes — contact sales@turgo.ai before day 14 and we'll add another 7 days for evaluation.
- Is my data deleted if I don't upgrade? Not for 30 days. After 30 days of inactivity, data is permanently deleted per our retention policy.
- Can multiple teammates use the trial? Yes — invite up to 10 users during the trial.
