Sign up → connect your CRM and mailbox → define your ICP → deploy your first agent → watch the first meetings book. Total time: 30 minutes for setup, then the agent runs continuously.
Before you start
You'll need: admin access to your CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), a warmed-up sending mailbox (Gmail or Outlook), and a one-paragraph description of your Ideal Customer Profile. Don't have a warmed mailbox? See Warm up a new mailbox in 14 days.
Step 1 — Sign up and create your workspace
Go to app.turgo.ai and sign up with your work email. Create a workspace (typically named after your company). Invite teammates from Settings → Users — admin role for ops, member role for AEs and SDRs.
Step 2 — Connect your CRM
Settings → Integrations → choose Salesforce or HubSpot → authorize via OAuth. turgo will scan your existing accounts and contacts and create Golden Records from them. This usually takes 5–10 minutes for under 50,000 contacts.
Step 3 — Connect a sending mailbox
Settings → Mailboxes → Connect → Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Authorize via OAuth and wait for the green Health: Good badge before continuing. If you see Health: Warming, the mailbox needs more warm-up time before high-volume sending.
Step 4 — Define your ICP
ICP → New Rubric. Set firmographics (industry, size, geography), optional technographics (existing stack), and disqualifiers (segments to never pursue). Be specific — a focused ICP outperforms a broad one.
Step 5 — Deploy your first agent
Agents → Deploy → AI SDR. Pick the Signal-triggered outbound template, set the daily account budget (start with 20 for the first week), and toggle to Live. The agent starts working accounts that match your ICP within minutes.
Step 6 — Check results after 48 hours
Open the Agent Timeline to see every action the agent took: accounts enriched, sequences started, replies received, meetings booked. Iterate the ICP and sequence based on what's working.
