The daily budget caps how many accounts an agent engages per day. Start low (20) in pilot. Scale gradually as you trust the agent's quality. Most production deployments run 100–500 daily; the platform max is 2,000.
Why budgets matter
Without a budget, an agent that's working well can scale up faster than you can review its output, faster than your deliverability can handle, and faster than your AE team can absorb the meetings booked. The budget is the controlled-growth knob.
How to set the right number
- Week 1 (pilot) — 20 accounts/day. Tight enough to review every action.
- Weeks 2–3 (calibrate) — 50–100 accounts/day. Confidence is building.
- Week 4+ (scale) — 100–500 accounts/day. Routine operation.
- Mature (3+ months) — up to 2,000 accounts/day per agent, depending on motion.
What constrains the upper limit
Three constraints: mailbox capacity (sends per day per mailbox), AE capacity (meetings per week the team can absorb), and deliverability headroom (don't spike volume in a single day — ramp gradually). The platform max is 2,000 daily; most teams find their sweet spot between 100–1,000.
When to lower the budget
If reply quality drops, if AEs report meeting quality declining, if deliverability shifts, or if a specific signal source goes noisy — lower the budget, diagnose, then scale back up.
