turgo has four plans — Starter, Build, Growth, and Enterprise. They differ by included credits, agent seats, integration depth, and support level. Most teams start on Build and move to Growth as agent volume scales.
The four tiers
Starter is the entry plan for a single sender and light volume. Build adds multi-mailbox sending, custom enrichment providers, and higher credit ceilings — the most common starting point for outbound teams. Growth adds a dedicated CSM, advanced workflows, and higher rate limits. Enterprise adds SSO/SCIM, data residency, BYOK encryption, custom roles, and negotiated volume.
What varies by plan
The levers that change across tiers: monthly enrichment and send credits, number of agent seats, audit-log retention (90 days on Build, 1 year on Growth, 7 years on Enterprise), API rate limits, and support SLA. Feature access is largely the same up-market; the tiers mostly gate volume, retention, and enterprise controls.
Which plan fits
One sender testing the platform: Starter. A team running steady outbound across a few mailboxes: Build. A revenue org that wants a CSM and heavier automation: Growth. Anything requiring SSO, EU/APAC residency, or procurement/security review: Enterprise. See the live pricing grid at turgo.ai/pricing for current credit allowances and seat counts.
Changing plans
You can move up at any time and the change is immediate (see Upgrade or downgrade your plan). Downgrades apply at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for. Talk to sales@turgo.ai for Enterprise, custom volume, or multi-workspace contracts.
