Salesforce and HubSpot are native integrations — connect via OAuth, pick which objects to sync, and turgo builds Golden Records from your existing data. Other CRMs use the workflow connector or API.
Connect Salesforce
- Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Connect.
- Authorize via OAuth (production or sandbox).
- Pick objects to sync: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads. Most teams start with all four.
- Choose sync direction per object: read-only, write-only, or bi-directional.
- Click Start Sync. Initial sync takes 5–60 minutes depending on record volume.
Connect HubSpot
- Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect.
- Authorize via OAuth.
- Pick objects to sync: Companies, Contacts, Deals.
- Choose sync direction per object.
- Click Start Sync.
What gets created in turgo
Every CRM Account/Company becomes a turgo Account record. Every Contact becomes a turgo Contact, linked to the account. Opportunities/Deals become turgo Deals tied to accounts. Identity resolution runs automatically — duplicates merge into single Golden Records.
What if I use Pipedrive, Close, or another CRM?
Pipedrive has a native connector (Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive). Other CRMs (Close, Copper, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics) work through the universal connector or the API. See the specific connection article for your CRM in the Integrations collection.
Sync is slow or stuck
Check Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Logs. Most slow syncs are permission issues — the OAuth token doesn't have access to all the objects you asked to sync. Re-authorize with broader permissions, or narrow the sync scope.
