Invite your team

Collection Getting StartedReading time 3 minUpdated Jul 2026
TL;DR

Invite teammates with the role that matches their job. Admins manage settings and integrations; managers oversee agents and review performance; members operate within their assigned agents and accounts.

The four roles

  • Admin — full access including billing, integrations, and workspace settings. Limit to 2–3 people.
  • Manager — oversees agents, reviews performance, approves agent drafts. Typical for SDR managers, CS leads.
  • Member — operates within assigned agents and accounts. Most reps, marketers, and analysts.
  • Viewer — read-only access to reports and timelines. Typical for execs and stakeholders.

How to invite

Settings → Users → Invite → enter email + select role + assign agents (optional). The invitee gets an email link; they sign in with SSO if configured, otherwise they create a password.

Best practice for team rollout

Start with 2–3 admin/manager users. Get the agents running and producing results. Then invite the broader team once the workflow is stable. Inviting the whole team on Day 1 creates noise — too many people clicking around the workspace before there's anything to look at.

Removing or deactivating users

Settings → Users → click the user → Deactivate. Deactivated users lose login access immediately but their historical activity stays in the audit log. To permanently remove, click Delete after deactivation. Some plans require a 30-day cool-off before deletion.
