When to involve your CSM

Collection Getting StartedReading time 3 minUpdated Jul 2026
TL;DR

Your CSM is included in Growth and Enterprise plans. Loop them in for: kickoff planning, when you're stuck on results, before scaling agent budget significantly, and quarterly business reviews.

What your CSM does

Your CSM is responsible for your success on turgo. They've seen what works across dozens of teams, know the platform's nuances, and have direct lines to product and support. They are not a salesperson — their job is helping you get value, not selling you more.

When to involve them — the right moments

  • Kickoff (Week 1): they help structure the first 30 days, validate your ICP, and review your initial agent config.
  • Stuck on results (any time): if results aren't where you expected after 2–3 weeks, they'll review your setup and recommend changes.
  • Before major scale-ups: moving from 50 to 500 daily accounts, adding voice, adding a new motion — loop them in first.
  • QBRs: quarterly business reviews cover what's working, what's not, and what to ship next.

How to reach them

Slack-connected channel (if your team is on Slack), email, or Calendar — your CSM shared all three in the kickoff email. For urgent issues, Slack is fastest.

If you don't have a CSM

Starter and Build plans don't include a dedicated CSM — use support@turgo.ai for issues and feedback@turgo.ai for feature requests. The same team that staffs CSM responds, just on a shared queue instead of a named relationship.
