Settings → Mailboxes → Add → Google. OAuth sign-in, grant scopes, done in 2 minutes. Use a dedicated sending domain, not your primary company domain.
Steps
Settings → Mailboxes → Add Mailbox → Google Workspace. Sign in with the sending account and approve the requested scopes (send, read for reply detection, modify for threading). The mailbox appears with a health badge.
Google Workspace admin notes
If your Workspace restricts third-party apps, an admin must allowlist turgo in Admin Console → Security → API Controls before OAuth will complete. The connect screen links the exact instructions.
Use a secondary domain
Send cold outbound from a lookalike domain (getcompany.com, company.io), never your primary domain. Primary-domain reputation damage affects all company email — not worth the risk.
After connecting
New mailboxes enter the 14-day warm-up automatically. Verify SPF/DKIM/DMARC on the sending domain (see Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC) before real volume goes out.
