Per-mailbox daily caps protect sender reputation. Defaults: 30/day for new mailboxes, 100–150 for warmed ones. Throttles tighten automatically when health signals dip.
The default caps
New mailbox: 30/day, rising through the warm-up schedule. Warmed mailbox: 100–150/day depending on domain age and engagement history. Hard ceiling regardless of settings: 200/day.
Dynamic throttling
turgo monitors bounces, spam-folder signals, and engagement per mailbox. Deteriorating signals tighten the throttle automatically before damage compounds; recovery loosens it back gradually.
Scaling send volume
Need more volume? Add mailboxes, don't raise caps. Sequences draw from a mailbox pool and rotate automatically. Rule of thumb: total daily volume ÷ 100 = mailboxes needed.
Configuration
Settings → Mailboxes → [mailbox] → Sending Limits. Per-mailbox overrides available but capped by the platform ceiling. The health badge next to each mailbox shows the current effective throttle.
