Product-led signals: fire custom product events straight into agent triggers with POST /signals, the highest-leverage endpoint for PLG teams (see Product-led signals — capturing them). New signal types added to the real-time feed. Bulk-action replies in Unibox for faster triage.
Improved
Waterfall enrichment default cascade widened, lifting fill rates on thin records. Identity resolution now merges more low-ambiguity duplicates automatically, reducing manual merges. Agent Timeline skip/hold reasons made more specific and easier to scan.
Fixed
Resolved cases where a reply on a secondary address could land unthreaded in Unibox (see Why are replies not appearing in Unibox?). Fixed a sync edge case where a renamed CRM field silently stopped mapping. Corrected occasional double-counting in weekly activity reports.
