Replies miss Unibox when the mailbox connection dropped, the reply landed on a channel that isn't syncing, threading failed, or routing filtered it. Check mailbox sync status and the conversation's routing.
Check mailbox sync
Settings → Mailboxes → the mailbox. If sync is errored or the connection dropped, incoming replies won't flow into Unibox. Reconnect and confirm sync resumes. This is the most common cause.
Threading and matching
Unibox threads replies to the original outreach. If a prospect replies from a different address, changes the subject heavily, or forwards internally, threading can miss it. Those replies may land unthreaded — check the unmatched/other view.
Channel coverage
A reply on LinkedIn or another channel only appears if that channel is connected and syncing into the unified inbox (see Multi-channel sequences). Confirm every channel you outreach on is wired into Unibox.
Routing rules
An overly aggressive routing or filter rule (see Conversation routing rules) can shunt replies somewhere unexpected. Review recent routing-rule changes if replies vanished after a config change. Fix the rule and reprocess if needed.
