Every sequence send is checked against your brand-voice profile and claim restrictions before it goes out. Failed drafts regenerate automatically; repeat failures get held for human review.
What gets checked
Tone match against your voice profile, the banned-phrase list, claim restrictions (pricing, guarantees, competitor statements), and length/format norms. Checks run at send time on the personalized text, not just the template.
The regeneration loop
A failed draft regenerates up to twice with the failure reason fed back. Most drafts pass on regeneration. Persistent failures land in the Held queue with the specific check that failed.
Per-sequence overrides
A sequence can use a different voice profile (founder voice for exec outreach) or stricter claim rules (regulated-industry audiences). Configure in Sequence → Settings → Voice & Claims.
Auditing
The sequence report includes a guardrail tab: pass rate, common failure reasons, and held-draft volume. Rising failure rates usually mean the template and the voice profile have drifted apart — update one of them.
