1Lawful and authorized use#
You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, systems and communication channels you are authorized to use. You must comply with applicable law and the terms, policies, permissions and rate limits of connected Third-Party Platforms.
2Outreach and communications#
You must not use Turgo to send unlawful spam, contact people after a legally effective opt-out, evade suppression lists, disguise the sender or caller, spoof unauthorized caller identification, or conduct calls, texts or messages without the consent or other lawful basis required for the relevant recipient and channel.
3Deception, impersonation and fraud#
You must not use the Services for phishing, scams, credential theft, fraudulent transactions, deceptive impersonation, materially misleading representations, or to falsely present AI-generated content as originating from a real person without authorization where that representation is deceptive or unlawful.
4Harassment, discrimination and harmful targeting#
You must not use the Services to harass, threaten, stalk or unlawfully discriminate against individuals or groups; unlawfully exploit children or vulnerable persons; manipulate people through deceptive techniques that cause or are reasonably likely to cause material harm; or target individuals in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
5High-impact decisions and prohibited AI practices#
You must not use Turgo-provided lead data, AI Output or automated decisions to make or materially support a legally protected high-impact decision about a person unless Turgo expressly supports the use case in writing and you have implemented all legally required notices, assessments, human review, appeal rights and safeguards. You must not use the Services for AI practices prohibited by applicable law, including prohibited social scoring, unlawful manipulation or exploitation of vulnerabilities, prohibited biometric categorization, prohibited emotion-recognition uses, or the creation of prohibited biometric identification databases.
6Sensitive and regulated data#
You must not submit Sensitive Data unless the relevant feature is expressly designed for that data and Turgo has agreed in writing to the required safeguards. Do not submit full payment card numbers, account passwords, private keys or other authentication secrets through general-purpose prompts or content fields.
7Security and platform integrity#
You must not upload malware; probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without authorization; interfere with service availability; bypass authentication, rate limits, credits or technical restrictions; access another user's data or account without authorization; scrape or extract data in violation of applicable law or Third-Party Platform rules; or use the Services to distribute malicious code.
8Intellectual property, synthetic content and unlawful content#
You must not knowingly use the Services to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, or to generate, publish or distribute content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction applicable to the activity. You must preserve and provide AI or synthetic-content disclosures, labels, watermarks or other notices where applicable law or a Third-Party Platform requires them, and you must not use Turgo to create deceptive deepfakes or impersonations that are unlawful or materially misleading.
9Restricted business uses#
Unless Turgo expressly agrees in writing, you must not use the Services for political campaign outreach, debt collection, emergency communications, gambling operations, illegal goods or services, or communications to numbers or categories that applicable law specifically protects from automated outreach.
10Resale, competitive misuse and reverse engineering#
You must not resell or sublicense the Services except under a written partner agreement; reverse engineer or extract source code, model weights, system prompts or non-public platform logic except where law expressly permits; or use non-public Turgo materials to build a substantially competing service.
11Enforcement#
Turgo may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, block, pause or suspend affected functionality or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, Third-Party Platforms, the public or Turgo. Where appropriate, Turgo may require remediation before restoring access. Turgo may terminate repeated or material violations in accordance with the Terms of Service.
