2Payment processing#
Turgo may use Stripe to process card and subscription payments. Depending on the activity and applicable terms, Stripe may act as an independent controller and/or service provider rather than as a Subprocessor for Customer Data.
3Customer-connected integrations#
Turgo supports integrations with many external platforms. These platforms generally receive or provide data only when a Customer connects, authorizes or configures the relevant integration. The Customer's use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy practices.

4AI providers#
Where Turgo routes Customer content to an AI Provider, Turgo uses business/API offerings and contractual or technical controls intended to prevent Customer Data from being used to train the provider's general-purpose models unless Customer has expressly authorized such use. Provider retention may vary by service, configuration, security requirements and applicable law.
5Changes#
Turgo may update this page as its infrastructure and integrations evolve. For Customers subject to a DPA that provides general authorization for Subprocessors, Turgo will provide advance notice of a new or replacement Subprocessor through email, in-product notice or another durable communication where required by Applicable Data Protection Law or the DPA. This page may also be updated for transparency. Customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within the applicable notice period.
6Contact#
Questions about Subprocessors or data processing may be sent to info@turgo.ai. If Turgo designates a Data Protection Officer or EU/UK representative where required by law, the applicable contact details will be published in Turgo's Privacy Policy.
