Monthly plans are non-refundable for the current period but you can cancel to stop future charges. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days. Credits and top-ups are non-refundable once purchased.
Monthly plans
Because monthly billing is short-term and cancellable each cycle, we don't refund the current month — instead, cancel and you won't be charged again. You keep access through the end of the paid period.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase or renewal, contact billing@turgo.ai for a prorated refund of the unused portion. After 14 days, the annual commitment stands for the term, though you can choose not to renew.
Credits and top-ups
One-time credit top-ups are consumable and non-refundable once purchased, whether or not they're fully used. Unused monthly plan credits also aren't refunded — they simply reset each cycle.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a failed downgrade, an incorrect top-up — that's always corrected. Email billing@turgo.ai with the invoice or request_id and we'll investigate and refund genuine billing mistakes regardless of the standard policy.
