TL;DR

Every invoice is available in Settings → Billing → Invoices as a PDF, with line items for your plan, top-ups, and taxes. You can also have invoices emailed automatically to your billing and finance contacts.

Find your invoices

Settings → Billing → Invoices lists every charge with date, amount, status, and a download link. Each PDF includes your company details, the billing period, itemized charges, and any tax applied.

Automatic delivery

Add finance to Settings → Billing → Contacts and every new invoice is emailed to them automatically when it's issued. This is the simplest way to get invoices into an AP inbox without anyone logging in.

Company and VAT details on invoices

Set your legal entity name, address, and VAT/tax ID under Settings → Billing → Company Details. These appear on all future invoices; existing invoices can be re-issued with corrected details on request to billing@turgo.ai.

Receipts vs invoices

Card payments generate both an invoice (issued at the start of the period) and a receipt (confirming payment). Both are downloadable from the same screen. For audit or expense reports, the invoice PDF is the document finance teams usually want.
