Why is the agent skipping accounts?

TL;DR

The agent skips accounts that are disqualified, below tier threshold, already in another motion, out of budget, or missing data it needs to act. The Agent Timeline logs a skip reason for each one.

Read the skip reason

Agents → Timeline lists skipped accounts with a reason: disqualified, below threshold, already enrolled elsewhere, budget reached, suppressed, or insufficient data to personalize. Start here — the answer is almost always explicit.

Common causes

A disqualifier or exclusion matched; the account scored below your surfacing tier; it's already in a sequence or owned by an AE; the daily budget was spent on higher-priority accounts; or enrichment left it too thin to write a good first touch (see Why didn't this lead get enriched?).

Fixes

Adjust the rubric if good accounts are scoring low, raise the budget if quality accounts are queued behind volume, and enrich thin records so the agent has enough to act. Don't override skips account-by-account — fix the rule that caused them.

Intended skips

Many skips are the agent doing its job — not emailing existing customers, not double-enrolling, not sending a weak generic email when it lacks context. A skip isn't a failure; it's a decision you can inspect and tune.
